Innovative Investment inc Principal is Cory Parham. Cory Parham is a licensed Real Estate Broker & Seasoned Investor. Mr.Parham has been a investing in real estate since 1999 while attending Northern Illinois University as a senior. He was inspired by a few local Chicago investors during his summer break at home from college. After obtaining his bachelor degree, Mr.Parham decided to return to his roots on the south side of Chicago and started to invest in his communities through real estate. At this point Cory Parham identified a unique opportunity to create value through real estate investments in a transitional neighborhood of Chicago, Il and launched his Full-Time career as a Real Estate Investor.

Over the past twelve years has gain the knowledge, and he brings a broad array of experience to his profession. Including finacial anaylsis, real estate developmet, brokerage service, property/assesst management. finacing, marketing & public relations.
